Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Your information is stored on only on Etsy platform and I do not keep a copy on any other platforms or hard drives etc.
When you use my products located on Xperiencify
If you buy my products that are located on Xperiencify platform (XP for short), you need to enter your name (does not need to be your full name) and email to Xperiencify sign up form to get your XP account.
Xperiencify LLC is based in the U.S. so if you're a citizen of the E.U. please be aware that you are entering your information outside of the E.U. and the U.S. legal requirements for data protection and appropriate safeguards are lower than required by GDPR. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I only store or process your personal information related to your purchases made on my Etsy Pattern site howtoalignyourducks.patternbyetsy.com on Etsy platform. The data you enter while making a purchase is stored and processed on Etsy servers. If you are located outside of North or South America, Etsy Ireland UC is the data controller and is responsible for your personal information.
