HOW DOES IT WORK?

- You don't have the habit of putting everything back after use (or someone else in your household doesn't have this habit; you can use this game with them to help them learn it!)
Track to Tidy is a combination of a board game and a self-help workbook. It will guide you to analyze your situation and the actions you need to take and helps you create missions and quests for them. You play by yourself (or with family - not against them) by filling the workbook, progressing on the game board, and taking action in the real world to accomplish your missions and quests and to get rewards.
To tame the chaos you need to:
1) Dismantle the chaos into tiny pieces
2) Find the root cause for a piece
3) Identify the tools to weed out the root cause
4) Practice using the tools in everyday life until it's second nature.
Then repeat from step 2 for the next piece.
The gameboard and the accompanying worksheets will guide you through this process step by step.
WHY DOES IT WORK?
Progressing one piece at a time is slow but effective in giving permanent results and focusing on only one piece keeps the process from exhausting you. You're officially exempted from feeling guilty about all the other parts of the chaos! Gamification and rewards keep the process enticing - not to mention the results you start to see in your home!
